Flag Worx, LLC is the company that offers the SmartFlag^® service (see What is SmartFlag^®).

In business since 2019, Flag Worx has been working to develop and pilot a reliable service that you can depend on to manage your flag’s position with precision and respect.

Our flag positioning system (Patent Pending) has been field tested for over two years on commercial flagpoles. We implement federal, state, and local flag honors when properly authorized. Initially launched in Tennessee, we now have subscribers in several southeastern states. We’re being deliberately careful about how and where we expand, as we want to be sure we provide a quality service to flag owners.

This service was conceived by a flag owner who was frustrated by situations which made it challenging for them to properly honor those for whom half staff events were declared. Whether it was because they didn’t get the notice, or they were not around to move the flag, or they simply forgot, they wanted to get it right (without having someone “remind” them). And so the SmartFlag^® service was born!
